Top Items & Things I am Loving in 2022: Links Included.

While I don't own a lot of things, I tend to buy many things. In writing that I feel as though that is a contradiction. Nonetheless, I figured I would make one spot to disclose all things food, gadgets, clothing, and shoes that I am digging this year so far. Now all of this is personal preference, and some is not new to me enjoying but rather a key staple to my daily life. I also went ahead and tried linking things where I can, so anything underline will let you know where to find it. (: & Since I like to eat...why don't we start with food. Those that aren't new here know two things about myself. 1) I DON'T cook, and oof you DON'T want me to. 2) I am always on the go, or half the time not here. Therefore I need easy, nutrient dense, and adaptable for whatever space I am in.

Everyday food items I LOVE:

  • Del Rio Chicken: This precooked bad boy is my go to weekly for lunches lately. Toss it on a salad, wrap, whatever you like and it is a win.

  • AppleGate Sausages: I LOVE sandwiches. A few of these on an egg white sandwich, or even in an omelette is a daily breakfast for me.

  • Applesauce: IYKYK I am basically a toddler, and these are so quick + simple for running errands or even while I am out hiking my life away.

  • Zevia Soda: Team loves bubbly items, and these no calorie goodies are a little pick me up in the afternoon

On the go/hiking food items:

  • Jif Natural PB Cup: I take these everywhere on road trips. I love that is in a single serve container, mess free, and I can load it onto a banana, bagel, or eat it straight.

  • HU Bars: I like chocolate, I found these about a month ago and have been hooked. Personally I do one square a day making this $5 bar last all week lol. PS the dark chocolate is the best, but there are a few other flavors.

  • Verb Bars: Simple, small bang of caffeine, digests well. Need I say more? I pair this with the applesauce into my hiking bag always. Plus your first order is discounted!

  • Liquid IV: I always take these for travel as I want to stay hydrated, and make sure I have a good balance of electrolytes in.

Moving on SHOES. Lets get on the move:

  • Cloud 5: I have had these for over a year now, and LOVE them for everyday walking and errands. I also love them in the car due to how quickly they can go on.

  • Chacos: Truthfully, I wanted to hate these LOL. I told myself I'd NEVER get them...and here we are with me owning them/wearing them with socks. I personally like this version better than the toe loop one, but that is because I like to wear socks with them when it's cold out.

  • Altra running shoes: These are new find for me. I DON'T run, but I want to get into it from time to time. These are supportive, light weight, and durable for treadmill/outdoors. Since I am not doing trail running these work just fine.

& if we're going to move well...we must LOOK good:

  • Lululemon train to be tank: We all know I am a Lululemon snob...but this tank is one of my go to tanks.

  • Lululemon Cool Racerback: This is another go to option for me when Summer hits

  • Lululemon Swiftly Tech 2.0: Literally I own 9 of these each in long sleeve and short sleeve...

  • Nobull 2 inch shorts: SHOCKING find for me. I was low key influenced on these, but the fact that they don't move while I am lifting, and the bold colors got me. Plus if you've been around a while you know Nobull is my jam shoe wise.

BIGGEST gadget for me, the Canon EOS RP. I never thought I'd buy a camera, and $1600 later...I am SO GLAD I did. This thing is not top market, nor bottom of the barrel but as someone who is dabbling with photographs while hiking it has been FAR worth the purchase. I know most people have no need for this, or perhaps anything I have shared but all these items or staples have been essential for me this year. Now there are a few other things that I don't have pictures of that have made life well easier. One BIG thing is utilizing Cured Nutrition's raw capsules. A little CBD done correctly is such a blessing, and truthfully the name of the game for me this year is: Recovery, healing, adventure, and overall health/performance. & if you want to try them that link will save direct you plus you can use TARYN at checkout. A few other things I am loving lately are getting back into my Allison Brennan books, Colleen Hoover, and taking a step back from the personal development rabbit hole. I go in waves, and while I think they are beneficial you have to have the right time/place for them. Other things not pictured would be the build coming for my car, more hiking gear, and I am sure as I explore more I will update this because who knows maybe you're half as crazy as I am. Either way, these are some of my must haves, and until next time...
