How To Create The Perfect Vision Board:

"Positive mind, & positive vibes".

As I have embarked on creating an abundant life / rocking the positive vibe feels, I recently decided to level up my game a little bit more. For a while now, I have heard about people doing vision boards I just never dove into making one myself. (Probably because I am NO arts and crafts guru).

Vision board: a collage of images and words representing a person's wishes or goals, intended to serve as inspiration or motivation.

Also keep in mind there is no right or wrong vision board, it's whatever makes you feel happiness when looking at it.

We've seen them all on #Pinterest (don't act like you don't pin daily LOL). Or we have heard someone talk about these damn board / how they have impacted their life at least once. && before you think, "It's just some woo-woo BS". There actually is a little logic behind it.

The purpose of a vision board is to help support the Law of Attraction: ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on. If you have a board full of things you truly seek, I don't see a stronger frequency to place into the universe.

Now before you start throwing random pictures here and there, I do suggest you ask yourself some of these questions:

  • What are you values

  • Career goals

  • Dream home

  • Family life

  • Vacation

  • Free time

  • Overall health

Reasons to make one:

  • Clarifies your vision

  • Reaffirms positive affirmations

  • Keeps you paying attention to the things you are doing in your life

  • Makes you feel good (who doesn't want this one)

Making one of these bad boys isn't hard either! Trust me if I can do it, so can you!

Here's what you need:

  • Poster board / cork board / bulletin board

  • Thumb tacks

  • Pictures / art work of what you want in your life

  • Markers / pens

  • Sticky notes or paper (if you plan to write things)

  • CREATIVITY

I chose to use digital print outs for my images (.39 x copy) vs. cutting from magazines, I wanted them to be the same size / look more realistic. Also get yourself the fun pens, this is your vision board GO ALL OUT. I literally spent $15 total for everything on mine.

From there I added the things that I truly see happening in my #life. I want to point out though that while this is for 2019, there aren't real dates on it. The message I am putting out there is that I know this will come to my life, I don't need to say when.

Once your board is done, place that baby somewhere you're going to see it daily. You want to have that same feeling you experience once it's made each time you pass by it.

Remember your board is your motivator, it is your physical vision to keep you going. Let me know if you make one, and I would love to see it!
